Maintenance Weekends
Chris is a guitar maker and founder of
'Overwater Guitars' .
He is both musician, designer and engineer. The basses he makes are renowned the
world over.
Chris has been involved with
'Guitar Weekends' since it started in 1994 when he would give half day workshops
on setting up instruments, making them noticeably more playable. He has been
involved with the music industry most of his
working life and has a good knowledge of how it works. As a
technician Chris
has carried out repairs and set ups
for both big companies such as Aria and Fender and professional players local and national.
The Maintenance workshops under his
supervision have grown to full weekend courses with extensive hands on
experience in setting up your own instruments.
