You will need to get a booking form from me before
you can book a weekend.
To do that, just fill out your details on the
registration
form. Then submit it to me.
This will tell me
which
weekend(Dates)you are interested in so I can see if we have places left.

I will
then send you an information pack with a booking form, which you will
have to fill. These can also be sent by email as
rich text documents. Then sent back by email as well.
I will also need a 50% deposit sent with the
booking form to secure a place on a weekend. This
can be paid by credit or debit card or even online if you do online banking.
When
I get the booking form back with the relevant deposit I will send a
confirmation letter with arrival instructions. The
final payment being due one week before the course date.
The confirmation letter will give details of
what is required for the weekend you are attending and arrivaltimes.
Please note this deposit is not refundable, nor
is it transferable unless I fill the cancellation with another person.
We do
advise you to take out our cancellation insurance, a brochure is sent
with the confirmation letter I send out after receiving your deposit.
Family and work problems do arise which can cause
you to cancel the weekend so having insurance is a good idea.
